First off, I am working on creating a posting guide that will hopefully not only get us all on the same page expectations-wise but also give us newbs a better idea of what we're even meant to do here. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get that up. But I also have like sixteen other things that have to be done tomorrow, so there's that.

On which note, anyone else feeling really frustrated because holidays and writing don't seem to be compatible? I'd really love to be writing, but especially as a parent, I am abso-fucking-lutely swamped with making the holidays happen and have no brain energy left ever. I'd like it to be January stat.

Looking forward to your insights, Red! My whole LIFE challenges my writing space (and headspace), writing time, and energy - the struggles I face this time of year are the same as those I face year-round.
